Technical Support Agent
Primary duties shall include providing technical and sales support for Internet customers using broadband and dial-up. Must be fluent with troubleshooting Windows XP/Vista, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express and TCP/IP networking. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and enthusiastic.  Must be able to work flexible schedules and weekend rotations.  Full and part-time positions considered.  Email résumé with salary requirements and cover letter to employment@csinet.net.

Wireless Service Technician
The successful candidate will have excellent problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, enjoy a job that is different from day to day, and possess flexible and varied skill sets. He or she must also have the ability to quickly learn and deploy new methods and technologies.

Intellectual curiosity is a must, as is a strong desire to expand and cultivate your skill sets, both technical and non-technical.  The ideal applicant will have a sense of humor, and enjoy working directly with clients.

Reliability, dependability and timeliness are critical as scheduled customers will be relying on you every day.

Primary duties shall include the on-site installation of wireless Internet equipment. Candidates must be able climb on rooftops and ladders in inclement weather conditions year round.  In addition, the installation and testing of network devices, related drivers, Internet connection software and being familiar with all Windows operating systems is required. Cable TV or Satellite dish installers welcome! Compensation shall be between $12.00 and $15.00 per hour depending on experience.
